Return Policy
When returning an item, a return authorization number is required.  You must call our customer service department at 1-800-872-6765.  Our warehouse does not accept shipments that are returned collect.  Returns without a Return Authorization number may not be acepted in the warehouse receiving department.
If you wish to cancel your order and it has already shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping to your home and the return shipping to our warehouse.  If we are able to re-route the package, you will be responsible for the re-routing fee.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.  This covers repackaging and restocking.  You will receive credit for the product only after the product is returned, examined and it has been determined that the product has not been used or damaged.  WE DO NOT ACCCEPT USED MERCHANDISE RETURNS.
HOW IT WORKS
To return an item you will need to call our office at 1-800-872-6765 and ask for Customer Service.  Our customer service rep will give you a return authorization (RA) number, be sure you write this number down.  Your RA number must be written on the outside of your box or on your shipping label when our warehouse receives it.

You are responsible for all shipping costs.  We do offer a discounted label for a small fee.  Please ask your customer service rep about the discounted label.

Once your item has been received in our warehouse, we will refund your payment, minus the shipping charges and the re-stock fee.  If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please call customer service at 1-800-872-6765.





Shipping is included on most products over $25.01 unless otherwise specified.  If additional shipping is required you will be contacted by a sales rep.
