SHIPPING PRICE POLICY
Shipping is included on all products over $25.01 to the Continental USA only.  All products under $25.01 will have a $5.00 shipping charge added during checkout.  If additional shipping is required you will be contacted by one of our sales staff.  We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and all International destinations for an additonal fee.  Please call our office at 1-800-872-6765 for a shipping quote to these destinations.
May websites may say "free shipping", but this simply means that shipping is included in the price.  We believe it is more honest to say that "shipping is inluded" on our websites than to say there is no fee for shipping.  We hope you appreciate our effort to be more honest and fair.

SHIPPING TIMES
Most items are shipped with 24-48 hours.  However, on some occasions products  are either back ordered or delayed in shipping.  We apologize for this inconvenience.  Please feel free to call our office at 1-800-872-6765 regarding the status of your shipment.  Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS and you should receive a tracking number notification for them.

EXPRESS SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE
If you would like products guaranteed faster that service is available to you at additional cost.  To receive this service, you must call our office at 1-800-872-6765 and speak to one of our sales reps who will be happy to get a quote for you.
DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PARTS
If you receive any product damaged you must note it on the freight bill or with the FedEx/UPS driver.  Usually nothing is wrong with the product, the box was just damaged in transit.  In the event something is missing or damaged, we will be able to handle this faster if it is noted on the freight bill.  Please call our office immediately at 1-800-872-6765 and ask for Customer Service.  If your part is missing or defective, we will replace the part.  However, we require that you email pictures to customerservice@1800trampoline.com.  When sending these pictures, please include your name, phone number and order number.  A customer service rep will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your email.
INTERNATION SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship items all over the world every week and we know that you want to pay the least amount to ship your item to you.  Please do not assume that shipping by boat is cheaper than air because in most cases it is not.  It takes 4 to 6 times longer than air and in many cases it costs more because it usually does not weigh enough to get a chaeper boat rate.  We have NO control over shipping costs.  Please call our office at 1-800--872-6765 and speak to one of our sales reps to recive an International shipping quote.  Our sales rep will need your complete address including zip code/postal code.  You may also email our office at sales2@1800trampoline.com to receive a shipping quote.  All International orders require a wire transfer as payment and there is a $50(USD) charge for the wire transfer.
